About Me
Charlottesville and the surrounding countryside are great places to live, work and play! With his niece and nephew in Keswick, and his parents in Wintergreen, Dave Deutsch made the easy decision to move to Charlottesville in the summer of 2020. Dave is delighted to be closer to his family and proudly call Virginia home.
After graduating from Temple University with a bachelor of arts degree in film and broadcasting, Dave began his career in the TV production industry. He spent a few years learning and developing his craft, and then started his own closed captioning business.
As a small business owner and entrepreneur, Dave understands how to navigate complex business deals and negotiation. His accounts have included major television networks and Fortune 500 companies. His proven track record for delivering a first-class marketing experience and helping clients with their goals made him consider shifting fields into a career in real estate.
In 2022, he decided to get his real estate license and to join Howard Hanna Roy Wheeler, where he assists home buyers and sellers with all of their needs.
When Dave isn't in the office, at open houses, or volunteering, you will often find him out on the links playing golf with his Dad. Besides real estate, golf and hanging out with his family, Dave also enjoys music, hiking and nature.
